Refund Policy

1. Venue Claiming Fee ($79)

The $79 venue claiming fee covers the cost of our team manually reviewing and verifying your ownership documents. This process requires significant time and effort regardless of the outcome.

As stated clearly on the claiming form, this fee is non-refundable by default, including in cases where a claim is rejected.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you are welcome to contact us via our contact form and our team will review your request. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

2. Promote Subscription ($29/month)

The Promote monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, your venue will remain promoted until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

You will receive an email confirmation after each monthly charge. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving the Promote service you paid for, please contact us via our contact form and we will investigate.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle's own refund and dispute policies may also apply.
