- Your reach. How many competitors' pages list you at the top, and how many venues within 50 miles you're up against.

Can I promote a venue without claiming it?
No. Promote is only available for claimed venues, so that only the real owner can promote a venue. See how claiming works.
Where exactly does my venue appear first?
In every search your venue appears in, in the "More places nearby" section on other venues' pages in your city, and in "Most popular places" on your city, state and country pages. It's also featured on the PoolTrips homepage.
What if another venue near me also promotes?
Promoted venues are all shown above non-promoted ones. In search, the promoted venue closest to the person searching comes first. In the featured spots on the homepage and city pages, promoted venues take turns.
Can I see how it's working?
Yes. While Promote is active, My account › Manage my place shows your page visits, saves and link clicks for the last 30 days, and month by month for up to 12 months. Counting started on October 20, 2026, and your own visits and clicks aren't counted.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Promote is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Local taxes may apply, but we usually cover them ourselves. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
